Minority-owned nonprofit ยท Workforce training

The people who run your boiler room are retiring. We train the ones who take their place.

Hands-on seminars in plant operations, maintenance, and safety, taught by people who actually ran the equipment. Built for the schools, hospitals, and public facilities that can't afford a system going down.

Training for the facilities that communities depend on

  • Education
  • Healthcare
  • Public Infrastructure
  • Municipal Services
Why we exist

Most facility training is too generic to use. We built the opposite.

A class on "HVAC fundamentals" written for everyone helps no one at 2 a.m. when the chiller trips. Our seminars come straight from operations work, so what your team learns on Tuesday holds up on the floor on Wednesday.

  • Taught by people from the field. Our instructors have run the equipment they teach, so you get judgment, not just slides.
  • Safety is in every lesson. Not a compliance video bolted on at the end. We teach the safe way as the only way.
  • Open to people just starting out. As a minority-owned nonprofit, widening the door into the trades is the point, not a side effect.

What we stand for

Seven things we actually mean

Every org lists values. These are the ones we'll defend when a class is harder to run the right way than the easy way.

01

Education with Purpose

If a lesson won't change how someone works on Monday, it doesn't make the syllabus.

02

Safety First

Nobody learns a shortcut from us that they can't take home in one piece.

03

Workforce Excellence

Good enough keeps the lights on. We teach the standard that keeps them on for years.

04

Access & Opportunity

A good career in the trades shouldn't depend on who your family knew.

What we teach

Three tracks, all hands-on, all built from the actual work of keeping a facility running. We add new seminars as partners tell us what they're short on.

Community impact

A trained operator makes a whole building safer

We're a new organization, so we won't quote you a graduate count we haven't earned yet. Here's what we can tell you for certain.

4 sectors
Education, healthcare, public infrastructure, and municipal services
On-site
We train in your building, on the equipment your team actually runs
Field-led
Every instructor spent years doing the job before they taught it
Nonprofit
Any surplus goes back into widening access, not into payouts

Tell us what your team can't afford to get wrong

Maybe it's a boiler nobody under 50 knows how to start. Maybe it's a maintenance crew that's never had real training. Send us the gap and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit.
